The Family RESET Retreat is a 3-day immersive experience for families ready to break patterns, rebuild connection, and return home stronger. This isn’t therapy, it’s motion leadership. Over the course of one transformational weekend, we’ll guide you through a powerful process of emotional unpacking, truth-telling, and realignment. You’ll learn how your family operates under stress, how to listen without trying to fix, speak without fear, and reset without shame. With workshops tailored for parents, teens, and children, plus dedicated facilitators, shared meals, and sacred space, you’ll leave with a clear family strategy, renewed energy, and emotional tools that last. Whether you're navigating silence, conflict, or simply tired dynamics, this retreat gives your family the reset you didn’t know you needed, but won’t want to live without.
Cancellation Policy
Delivering high-touch experiences requires thoughtful planning. The following terms ensure we can hold space for each family while maintaining the integrity of the Family RESET Retreat. 1. Participation in the Family RESET Retreat is by confirmed booking only. Due to the bespoke nature of our programmes and limited capacity: – A confirmation deposit is required to initiate your retreat enrolment. – Once accepted, a member of our team will guide you through the next steps, including payment arrangements. – Final balances are to be settled two weeks prior to your arrival, unless otherwise arranged. – We encourage early commitment to secure your preferred rooms. 2. We understand that family life can be unpredictable. Our flexible approach supports forward planning while accommodating unforeseen changes: – Where possible, we will work with you to defer attendance to a future retreat, should circumstances arise. – Requests to reschedule or amend participation may be considered, provided reasonable notice is given and subject to availability. – Please note that your deposit is non-refundable. 3. To ensure the smooth running of each retreat, the following policies apply to all confirmed attendees: – Adjustments to bookings within two weeks of the retreat start date will be at our discretion due to pre-allocated resources. – Changes made with short notice may result in reduced flexibility regarding transfer or refund options. – In the event of non-attendance, we are typically unable to recoup costs on behalf of the participant. Still, we will endeavour to make exceptions where possible in cases of emergency out of your control. – We advise participants to communicate any changes as early as possible to explore available alternatives. 4. We’re happy to accommodate a substitute attendee should someone be unable to join us, provided the individual aligns with our retreat eligibility criteria. Substitutions must be confirmed in writing at least 14 days before the event. 5. While every effort is made to deliver the retreat as planned, we reserve the right to make adjustments where required. In the unlikely event of a change: – Your booking will be transferred at no extra charge to a revised future date. All communications related to booking changes, substitutions or schedule adjustments must be submitted in writing to our team at Completion of your booking indicates agreement with the terms above.
